Return Policy
If there’s a problem with a product that you purchased from us, please bring it back to us. We will refund the original purchase amount within 30 days of your purchase for items returned in new condition or that are defective. Bike sales are final once they leave the shop.
Labor fees, such as custom wheel builds or other services like repairs, are non-refundable.
No returns, refunds or exchanges on Bicycles, Wheels, Special Orders, Trainers, Electronics, Racks or ANY CLOSEOUT OR DISCOUNTED products (including “closeout rack” or team discounts).
No Returns or Refunds on Layaway payments/deposits.
Gift Card sales are final and have no cash value. Gift Cards are not replaceable if lost, stolen or if used without authorization. Please treat them as cash.
Any returns deemed eligible must be in original packaging with tags attached, unopened, unused and with original receipt. Exception may be made for defective or warranty eligible product.
Any eligible returns are subject up to a 20% Re-Stock fee enforced at our discretion.
We reserve the right to deny or refuse a return or refund for any reason at any time.
"Year Free Tune-ups" policy not valid on discounted bikes or any bikes modified from original spec. Modifications may disqualify warranties- do them at your own risk.
ONCE NOTIFIED OF COMPLETION, BIKES LEFT LONGER THAN 30 DAYS WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED AND DISPOSED OF AT OUR DISCRETION.
