(RECAP) May 22nd ROAD ride

Posted by scott on May 17, 2010

Nate, Ben, Jason and Scott were able to do a good ride today. All but Scott biked from Lehi up past bridal Vail falls and home where Scott met up with them at the shop and road up with them. (Just as an FYI Nate is a freakin machine in the front; he pulls like no other).

Saturday morning has proved to be a bit difficult to get a group together and ride. Is there a better day  or evening for all of you to come out and play?  Let me know – Scott 801.362.8959

Ok, seriously, lets get these rides going; I’m sick of buying new pants cause mine are “shrinking in the wash“. My wife is now trash talking saying she is the most dedicated biker Timpanogos has – and she bikes once a month!!

I know the real men will have a race or some baby to save from a burning building but for the rest of us – we ride!! Wind blowing through our hair, bugs in our teeth, oxygen tanks strapped to the side of our bikes and not getting the kids ready for the day!!

And if you don’t have a bike (you know who you are) use a demo!

Please leave a post if you are going to ride.

Good luck to Clay and Dan as they will be racing!

  2. I don’t know what to say……I haven’t been this let down since my pet pig was killed for breakfast. Don’t get me wrong, he was good but I cried with every bite.

  3. Kids soccer games in the morning – can’t make the morning ride. I’ll be riding around 1:30p – leave from the shop (light drizzle – yes, full downpour – no). And yes, I’m looking for 50+ miles (smartarses!) but am good with some smaller loops or out-n-backs for anyone looking for less miles.
